Below are a few suggested items you should bring to help get the process moving.<br /><br />Here is a common list of documents I ask my Palm Beach County clients to bring to their initial consultation:<br /><br />1. If you have been served with a foreclosure suit, a copy of the summons and complaint you received.<br />2. Copy of your Mortgage.<br />3. Copy of your <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">Promissory</span> Note.<br />4. Copy of your Loan Application.<br />5. Copy of the last 6 months of Loan Statements from your Lender/<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error">Servicer</span>.<br />6. Copy of any Default Notices from your Lender/<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error">Servicer</span>.<br />7. Copies of any correspondence from you to your Lender/<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error">Servicer</span>, including any requests for loan modification, short sale, or deed in lieu.<br />8. The Closing Documents/Package you received at the Closing of this Loan.<br />9. If applicable, copies of any documentation supporting your financial hardship.<br />10.
